Long Peach liqueur delicately combines the flavors of white peaches and exotic fruits. An ideal cocktail base, it is not as sweet as the classic cream of peach liqueurs.

-    Served with rosé wine, it is a simple cocktail ideal for summer afternoons and evenings (1 part Long Peach to 5 parts dry rosé wine).

-    Long Peach will make a wonderful accompaniment to your fruit salads.

-    It can also be mixed with champagne to make a Bellini.

Our tip: Drink cold or with ice

History

Long Peach was the first liqueur made by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence as a cocktail base. A more modern version for a "younger" crowd, the Long Peach recipe is derived from the Rinquinquin recipe. The formula, updated in 1985, has remained unchanged since then, except its color, which became rosy pink.

Long Peach is a 21% alc/vol liqueur made based on peach flavors, sugar and alcohol. Its beautiful rosy color is due to the presence of a mixture of tartazine and red coccinea.
After the raw materials are assembled, the Long Peach is inspected, tasted, then filtered and bottled at the Estate.
