CAFE MONICO COBBLER by Linas Valnickas of Cafe Monico (London)

Ingredients:

30 ml Rinquinquin
25 ml Hendrick's Gin
20 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Sugar Syrup
10 ml Dubonnet

Preparation:

Build in Julep tin over crushed ice, swizzle, then top with more crushed ice and garnish with peach slice and granola flapjack.
