CHOCOLATE TART

Ingredients:

Serves 6

•    70 g of sugar
•    4 eggs
•    120 g of dark cooking chocolate
•    50 cl of thick crème fraîche
•    1 crust (sugar crust, puff pastry or shortcrust, as desired)

 

Preparation:

Preparation: 10 mins. + cooking time: 25 mins.

In a casserole, melt the chocolate broken into pieces with 2 tablespoons of water on low heat, until a smooth consistency is obtained. Add all of the sugar and continue to mix with the whisk
Add eggs one at a time and mix with the whisk. Incorporate the crème fraîche.
Cover the mold with the pie crust, pierce it and pour the preparation into it. Place in the oven (preheated to 180°C) for 20 to 25 mins. Pierce it to see if it is properly cooked.
Then, serve with a "Frizzant de Muscat" Bau.
