EVASION, (Jean-Luc Parodi)

Ingredients:

30 ml GAU GALIN
3 diced strawberries
10 ml bubble gum syrup
40 ml Vodka
A few mint leaves

Before lunch, long drink
Tumbler

Preparation:

Stack the strawberries and mint in the shaker. Add Vodka and GAU GALIN. Pour the syrup into the glass and add shaved ice. Shake ingredients and pour into the glass. Decorate with a strawberry.
