Sazerac

Ingredients:

40 ml ABSENTE
1 piece of sugar
3 dashes of Angostura
60 ml Cognac
The zest of one lemon

Absente glass

 

 

Preparation:

Place the sugar soaked in Angostura in an ABSENTE glass, pour in the ABSENTE and Cognac. Add ice cubes and the lemon zest.
