Biscuits in the Pastis Henri Bardouin
• 4 egg yolks
• 2 eggs
• Sugar coatings
• 235g of flour
• 3 tablespoons Henri Bardouin pastis
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon of yeast
Beat the egg yolks, eggs and sugar together until you get a sparkling paste.
Add the pastis Henri Bardouin.
Add the flour, yeast and pinch of salt.
Place small piles of dough on a rack covered with parchment paper.
Cook at 165 degrees for 10 minutes
