Banana pie with Pastis Henri Bardouin
• 250g of puff pastry
• 3 ripe banana slices
• 1/2 lemon juice and zest
• 2 teaspoons of Pastis Henri Bardouin
• 100g of sugar powder
Top a pie pan with puff pastry and set aside for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, combine the banana slices, the lemon peel, the Pastis Henri Bardouin and the sugar in a dish. Let marinate for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven by 200°C and place the washers harmoniously on the dough, taking care to drain them beforehand (keep the marinade).
Bake for 20 minutes.
Brush the bananas with a little marinade and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
