Orange-Chocolate Mousse



For 6 people

•    12 to 20 ladyfingers
•    3 oranges
•    125 g of dark chocolate
•    3 eggs
•    3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
•    BIGARADE liqueur



Preparation 30 minutes + 30 minutes cooking

Soak cookies in a few drops of BIGARADE liqueur and layer on bottom and sides of a porcelain cup or mold. Peel oranges and separate them into quarters.
Keep some of them for final decoration and place the others on the bottom of the cup, on the cookies. Cut the chocolate into pieces and place it to melt, on low heat, in a small casserole with 1 tablespoon of water. Off the heat, incorporate 3 egg yolks, sugar, and chopped orange zest. Beat egg whites into stiff peaks and add them to the chocolate mixture.
Pour it all into the cup. Place in refrigerator for 30 mins. At the time of serving, decorate with orange quarters, sprinkle them lightly with orange liqueur.
