Ingredients:

50 ml Fuji Single Malt Whisky

25 ml Umeshu (plum sake)

10 ml Rinquinquin

15 ml Fresh Lemon juice

10 ml Monin Peach Syrup

MsBettersBitters Mt. Fuji Bitters

Miraculous Foamer + 10 ml Water (can use eggwhite or aquafaba)

Garnish: Peach slices

Method: Add ingredients to a shaker, shake with ice for 20 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe glass, add peach garnish.
