Pastis Henri Bardouin squash

Ingredients

30 gr of butter

1.5 kg butternut squash

6 cups of mineral water

Salt pepper

200 g thick cream

5 cl of pastis Henri Bardouin

Preparation

In a casserole, melt butter, add butternut squash cut in pieces, mineral water, salt, and pepper.

Cook 25 min. Mix and keep warm.

Mix the thick cream with Pastis Henri Bardouin.

Divide the pumpkin cream over the empty plates and serve with 1 spoonful of Henri Bardouin pastis cream per person.
