Ingredient :
88 ml of Casamigos Mezcal
22 ml pomegranate juice
10 ml of Grande Absente
22 ml Lillet Blanc
Dropper full of homemade lavender bitters*
44 ml of Club Soda
Préparation :
Stir all liquid ingredients and pour over stacked ice cubes in a high ball glass. Garnish with mona lavender.
*The lavender bitters were made with dried lavender and eau de vie for a few weeks and strained (proportion Lavender and eau de vie is 1:1)
