A Mauresque Riff

Ingredients:

60 ml Pastis Henri Bardouin 

30 ml Pacific Sea Salt Club Soda 

22 ml Lime Juice 

22 ml Orgeat 

15 ml Domaine De Canton 

15 ml Pineapple syrup

Method: 

Place all but club soda into a shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled. 

Pour into a tall glass with ice and top off with the club soda. Garnish with dehydrated fruit and a flower.
