Recette :
1½oz d’Absente
1½oz Bianco Vermouth
¼oz Honey Syrup
2 Lavender Sprigs
Club soda
Method
Add the fresh lavender and honey to a mixing glass. Muddle gently. Add the absinthe and vermouth. Stir without ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with Soda Water. Garnish with half of a lemon wheel and a lavender sprig.
