Amandine sour by L'Estafête
1 egg white
25 ml of fresh lemon juice
60 ml of Amandine
Fill an ice cube whiskey and leave it aside
In a shaker put all the ingredients
Close the shaker and shake energetically once without ice and a second time with.
Remove the water in the whiskey glass using a strainer and pour the shaker into the glass using a stainer and double strainer. Well recover all the contents of the shaker.
Decorate by spraying an absent spray and garnish with some green anise seeds (optional)
