Blissballs with Rinquinquin
125 g dates (preferably organic Medjool)
70 g walnut kernels
½ case of cinnamon
½ case of grated fresh ginger
20 g raw cocoa
1 organic orange peel
5 cl of organic RinQuin
Peel the dates, open them in half, remove the pit, soak them in the RinQuinQuin for at least 30 minutes.
Add nuts, cinnamon, ginger, cocoa powder and pickled dates to a blender with RinQuinQuin and grind to a smooth paste.
Form the energy balls by taking a heaping tablespoon of the mixture.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes before tasting depending on the season
