Very easy

Ingredients : 

20 ml Lemon juice

20 ml Ginger syrup

10 ml Farigoule

20 ml Pastis Diamant Bleu

Sparkling water to top

A slice of ginger

Technique : Build drink - barspoon

Glass : Long drink glass

Method :

-Fill your glass with ¾ of ice.

-Combine all the ingredients in the order set above.

-Mix with the barspoon.

-Garnish with the ginger slice.
