1 oz Absente
1 oz cut beet vinaigrette
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz Big O Liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Add ingredients to a mixing glass. Dry shake for 30 to 60s. Add ice, shake from 10 to 30s more. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
