Ingredients
350 ml DOUCE
250 ml BIGARADE
1 kumquat and 1 kaffir lime quarter
Lemon soda
Before lunch, short drink
Old fashioned glass
Preparation
Crush the kumquat and the sliced kaffir lime quarter with a pestle in the glass with shaved ice on the bottom; pour in the first 2 ingredients, fill with shaved ice, add a dash of lemon soda and stir.
