Expresso Martini

Ingredients : 

10ml honey syrup

30ml cooled Espresso

60ml Gin XII Café

Technique : Shaker

Glass : Martini glass

Method :

Pour all ingredients into the shaker

Add two large ice cubes

Shake energetically until the ice has completely melted

Pour the cocktail in the glass

Garnish with three coffee beans.
