45 ml of Gin (Le Point Gin)

15 ml of RinQuin

10 ml of yellow peach and basil juice (fresh and organic)

10 ml organic squeezed lime juice

50 ml iced tea (Onobio)

1 spray of organic citrus tincture (Le Point Gin) 

Method: Shake and double strain.

Serve over large ice cubes in a Collins style glass 

Garnish: A slice of peach and small basil leaves
