Ingredients 

• 1 kg of flesh of melon cut in small pieces

• 2 lemons

• 700g of sugar

• 2 spoonful with soup of pastis Henri Bardouin

Preparation

1st stage: 

Cut your melons in small pieces to obtain one kilo of flesh Slice thinly your lemons then in small pieces (eliminate pips) In a preserving pan or other one, mix your sugar, your pieces of melon and Good lemon mix the whole in the wooden spatula and put your basin on the fire

2nd stage:

To cook over a brisk heat during 30 minutes then to lower the fire and to pursue the hanging cooking 15 in 20 minutes, you will take care of moving regularly your preparation

At the end of the cooking, add 2 spoonful to soup of pastis, well mix then put in jars

(Jars with screw cleaned well which we turn having filled and filled them with lids)
