Lâche moi la grappe

Ingredients : 

40 ml Red grape juice

30 ml Verjuice

2 tsp Fructose

30 ml Marc de Provence

Technique : Shaker

Glass : Champagne glass

Method :

-Fill the shaker with ice.

-Put all the ingredients inside.

-Shake energetically for 10 seconds (to create a nice foam).

-Pour in the glass in one go.

-Garnish with grapes on a toothpick.
