Ingredients:
20 ml Amandine liquor
20 ml Liquid cream
20 ml Egg white
30 ml Ferroni honey and saffron rum
10 ml Williams Pear
10 ml Bolls yogurt infused with vanilla and cinnamon liquor
30 ml Yellow lemon juice
15 ml Orgeat syrup
15 ml Saffron syrup

Half a slice of orange flavored cocoa and caramelized, cinnamon powdered and a cinnamon stick passed by the torch.
Tips:
Put the egg white, the cream and the liquor last to avoid cooking in contact with lemon or alcohol. Then perform a pretty energetic shake for 10 seconds, pour the mixture into the small part of the shaker by double filtering, discard the ice cubes and then perform a dry shake for 10 to 15 seconds (this is called a reverse shake). To finish pouring your cocktail in your glass double filtering.
