Le Noyer

Ingredients : 

30 ml Noix de Saint Jean

20 ml Gentiane de Lure

20 ml Orange Colombo

Top of Perrier

Technique : Build drink

Glass : long drink

Method :

-In the glass, blend the Noix de St Jean, the Orange Colombo and the Gentiane de Lure.

-Fill half the glass with ice. Cool every thing with the spoon.

-Finish to fill the glass with ice. Then top with Perrier or another sparkling water up to 2 cm of the glass rim and mix. 

-Garnish with a walnut kernel
