Lollipops in the peach and in the RinQuinQuin

Ingredients for 4 people:


• 500 g of ripe peaches
• 2 cases of syrup of agave
• approximately 20 cl of mineral water
• 10 cl of RinQuinQuin
• Some mint leaves

Material:

• 1 kit to make sherbets house
• 1 to blendeur

Preparation (10 minutes - Time of the freezing: 12 hours): 

Wash, peel and cut peaches in pieces.Cross them in the blendeur with a bottom of water and RinQuinQuin, straighten the quantity of water until obtaining of the desired texture.Add the syrup of agave and mix again.Pay the preparation into tubes planned for that purpose, add the stick and let freeze during 12 hours.Turn out, decorate with mint leaves and savor!
