Manteau Blanc

Ingredients: 

50 ml of Gin CITRUM 

20 ml of lemon juice

20 ml of lime juice

5 drops of orange blossom water

20 ml of cane sugar

20 ml of cream

60 ml of soda

1 egg-white

Preparation: 

Put all the ingredients in the shaker except the soda. Add ice cubes.

Shake for at least 1 minute to obtain a creamy mousse.

Take the glass refreshed beforehand. Pour more or less the 6 cl of soda.

Then add the contents of the shaker using a colander to hold the ice cubes.

Serve with a straw.
