My sin at Rinquinquin cupcakes way by Anasthasia from the blog mecookingpassion

Ingredients

For 15 gourmet cupcakes you will need:

210g of flour + one sachet of baking powder (mix both)

120g of butter

140g of brown sugar preferably

3 eggs

90g of plain yoghurt

90g mixed peaches and some neighborhoods for decoration

Rinquinquin fishing

50g of mascarpone

25cl of whole cream

50g of icing sugar

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 160 °. Whisk the ointment butter with the powdered sugar. Stir in eggs one at a time, then add yogurt, mixed peaches and flour. Mix well until you have a smooth paste.

Fill the mussels halfway in preparation, bake and cook for 20 minutes. At the end of the cooking, carefully cut the cakes and pour into the opening a tablespoon of Rinquinquin for fishing (see more if there are only grown children). Let cool before putting the decor ....

Whisk together the mascarpone, the liquid cream and the icing sugar until you get a firm whipped cream. Fill your pocket with a fluted sleeve of this whipped cream.

Add a cream hat on each cupcake and decorate small fishing quarters and a few drops of Rinquinquin ....
