My Way Absinthe Frappé

Ingredients :

45 ml Absente 

15 ml Mint Simple Syrup 

60-90 ml Sparkling Lemon Water Fever Tree

Method :

Add Absinthe and simple syrup to a shaker and shake well. Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice. Strain contents of shaker over ice and top with Sparkling Lemon Fever Tree! Garnish with fresh mint!
