Paloma du sud

Ingredients : 

40 ml Grapefruit juice

20 ml Lemon juice

20 ml Honey syrup

40 ml Farigoule

80 ml Sparkling water

Technique : Shaker

Glass : Long drink

Method :

-In the shaker, put the Grapefruit and the lemon juice, the honey syrup and the Farigoule.

-Fill the shaker with a ¾ cup of ice.

-Close and shake energetically.

-Pour the cocktail in a previously chilled glass.

-Top with sparkling water.

-Mix delicately with a barspoon.

-Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
