Pamardouin by Michiel Cabuy

Ingredients :
- 4 cl Pastis Henri Bardouin
- 2 cl Pama Liqueur (liqueur de grenade)
- 1 cl grenadine (100% pomegranate)
- 3 cl lime juice
- 1 egg white
- 1 barspoon Elixir végétal

Method : 
Shake with ice, strain, garnish with star anise.
