40 ml RinQuinQuin

20 ml St-Germain

100 ml Cuvée Jean-Louis Blanc de Blancs

300 ml Lavender Cordial *

50 ml Soda

Method:

Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir

Garnish:

Bamboo leaf

*Lavender  Cordial 

20 gr Lavender

20 gr Citric acid

20 gr Malic acid

600 gr Sugar

1,2 L Water

Put all ingredients into a vacuum bag, seal it

Cook the Cordial Lavender syrup under vacuum at 60° during 60 minutes

Stir until dissolved

Then put it in the refrigerator to cool

Filter it out
