Provençal Margarita

Ingredients :
15 ml Agave syrup
30 ml Lime juice
30 ml Orange Colombo
40 ml Tequila
Technique : Shaker
Glass : Old-fashion
Method :
- Make a rim of salt with a mix of salt and spices (roasted corn and a spice mix)
- Fill your glass with ice. Set aside.
- Pour all the ingredients in the shaker.
- Fill half the cup with ice.
- Shake thoroughly then pour over the ice in the glass.
