Provence Sunrise
Very easy

Ingredients :
80 ml Orange Juice
20 ml Lemon juice
40 ml Rinquinquin
20 ml Orange Colombo
Grenadine syrup
Technique : Build drink
Glass : Old-fashioned
Method :
-Fill the glass to the 3/4 with ice.
-Chill the glass with the help of a barspoon.
-Remove the melted water from the ice.
-Pour the ingredients in the glass in the following order : Orange juice, lemon juice, Rinquinquin, Orange Colombo.
-Mix with a barspoon.
-Add some ice to level the cocktail in the glass.
-Delicately pour some grenadine syrup over an ice cube so as to create the sunrise effect.
-Garnish with an orange wheel.
