Ingredients : 

10 ml Lemon juice

40 ml Cherry nectar

30 ml Rinquinquin

40 ml Gin Citrum

1 cherry

Technique : Shaker

Glass : Stemmed glass – Ideally the Rinquinquin glass from the Distilleries et Domaines de Provence

Method :

-Fill your shaker with ¾ cup of ice.

-Put all the ingredients in the shaker and shake well.

-Filter and pour in the glass.

-Garnish with the cherry on a stick.
