Rinquinquin Fizz

Ingredients : 

10 ml simple syrup

20 ml lemon juice

40 cl Rinquinquin

Top with sparkling water

Technique : shaker

Glass : wine glass

Method :

-Cool the glass : put some ice in your glass.

-Fill your shaker with ¾ cup of ice.

-Combine all the ingredients except the sparkling water in the shaker.

-Shake well.

-Clear out the glass that should now be cool.

-Pour the content of the shaker in the glass.

-Top with sparkling water.

-Garnish with a lemon wheel.
