Roast Port with HB Pastis
For 4 people
• 1 Pork roast
• 2 tablespoons of HENRI BARDOUIN PASTIS
8 unpeeled garlic cloves
1 small onion
Pierce the pork roast. Marinade it in 2 tablespoons of HENRI BARDOUIN PASTIS turning it occasionally.
Allow to marinate for one hour.
Brown the roast on all sides until it is golden.
Add some unpeeled garlic, a little onion and 1 or 2 glasses of water.
Cover and allow to cook on low heat for 1 hr. 30 min, sprinkling occasionally.
