Ingredients

40 ml ABSENTE
1 piece of sugar
3 dashes of Angostura
60 ml Cognac
The zest of one lemon

Absente glass

 


 

Preparation

Place the sugar soaked in Angostura in an ABSENTE glass, pour in the ABSENTE and Cognac. Add ice cubes and the lemon zest.
