Ingredients
1.5 oz of Cognac
¼ oz of Absente
1 sugar cube
A few dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
Method
Rinse a chilled old fashioned glass with Absente.
In a mixing glass, combine the remaining ingredients with ice, then strain.
