Summer Boire by Mark Scott manager of Little Red Door (Paris)

Ingredients:

30 ml Dolin Dry vermouth

15 ml Génépi

15 ml Vulson new make rye spirit (whisky)

5 ml Glenlivet Nadurra Scotch whisky

Preparation:

Drink to be bottled sealed with wax and served at -20C (in the freezer).
