45 ml RinQuinQuin

60 ml Gin

1/2 ripe peach, sliced

15 ml lemon juice

2 dashes Noir bitters from Remedy Cocktail Company

Garnish: peach slice


Muddle peach in a shaker, add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake to chill. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish.
