The Absentini
Ingredients
30 ml ABSENTE
5 ml citrus liqueur
1 piece of sugar
Before lunch, short drink
Old fashioned glass
Preparation
Pour the ABSENTE into the Old Fashioned glass, allow the piece of sugar with the citrus liqueur to melt, add a few ice cubes and a long piece of lemon zest.
