Browned Peaches with Spices

Ingredients:

For 4 people

•    15 g of butter
•    1 pinch of powdered cinnamon
•    40 g of peeled almonds
•    2 tablespoons of honey
•    1 pinch of powdered vanilla
•    40 g of muesli
•    4 yellow peaches
•    10 cl of RINQUINQUIN

Preparation:

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Wash peaches, cut them into half and gently remove the seed in the center. Scoop out a little of the cavity with a small spoon.
Butter a gratin mold, place the peach halves in it with the hollow part facing you.
Crush the almonds.
In a salad bowl, mix the muesli, honey, spices and almonds. Stuff the peaches with this mixture. Place a pat of butter on top, sprinkle with RINQUINQUIN and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
