Fruit Salad with Bigarade from the Bistrot de Pays in Limans

Ingredients:

For 6 people

•    In-season fruit
•    1 Lemon
•    Lavender Honey
•    Orange Juice
•    BIGARADE

 

Preparation:

Make a salad of fruits in season.
Make a syrup: squeeze the lemon and mix it with the fruit juices, add Lavender honey as desired, 2 tablespoons of BIGARADE and a little water.
Add the syrup to the fruit salad.
Place in a cool place.
